Dancebody Workout classes combine dance technique, cardio and body conditioning elements to tone your body and burn major calories. Dancebody Workout consists of six specialized original dance/fitness classes: Yollet Technique, Danzenergy Fitness, The Spice Workout, Danzparty Kid Fitness, Groovealicious and Shake&Sculpt. Each class is organized by 14 unique dance routines. In each routine you learn three parts and you repeat the steps 3 times before the song ends. Every dance is easy to follow but challenges you mentally and physically. Every month new routines are created for each class. The one hour class is composed of 14 dance routines that combine movement and poses representing the 10 principles of Yollet: Toning, Strength, Energy, Flexibility, Balance, Breathing, Peace, Stretch, Relaxation and Release. The broad menu of original movements guarantees not just a great workout but also an improved state of mind. Participants love the fact that the 55 minute mind/body class just flies by.




The energetic dance workout. Danzenergy Fitness is a vibrant, sexy & energetic workout that teaches dance technique, fun routines & high energy cardio moves. It’s a fun class that teaches you hip-hop, salsa, disco, jazz, swing, country, belly dance and much more. When you take DanzEnergy Fitness you’ll feel vibrant and sexy as you melt the calories away!




The Spice Workout is the hot choice for a fabulous dance/fitness class. Learn exciting choreography and traditional Latin steps such as the salsa, cumbia, merengue, flamingo, samba and more while experiencing a fun cardio workout. Shimmy and Shake with this Latin inspired dance fitness class.




Danzparty Kid Fitness is a fun, feel good dance fitness class that gets kids in shape while having a blast! Kids 6-9 years old will be in constant motion while learning the latest dance moves. Boys and girls will enjoy this active recreational program while improving their health.




Groovealicious is an exciting class for kids ages 10-13 years old filled with hip-hop, jazz, and current popular routines. Tweens will shake, jump and groove in this groovealicious dance class.




Shake& Sculpt provides you the toning benefits of Yollet Technique, the excitement of Danzenergy and the cardio qualities of The Spice workout in one hour. Shake&Sculpt is the ultimate dance workout to target your total body. This class offers a taste of everything in the Dancebody Workout and will please the clients who are motivated with constant change.
