LB Kass THE STUDIO opened its doors September 2009 in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. It is the only adult dance fitness studio in our area offering over 20 classes, 7 days a week of the DanceBody Workout program. People from all over Monmouth County attend these high impact & exciting classes. Classes are held in a spacious 1,200 square foot dance floor space in a NYC loft like setting. Dim lights & heart pumping music give classes a night club feel. All instructors are professional dancers and have been personally trained by LB Kass. Original Choreography is introduced in all classes each month at THE STUDIO. LB Kass THE STUDIO offers a variety of class packages to suite your individual needs.You can pay per class, purchase 3 month class cards or buy unlimited packages. No contracts or registration fees. We offer free babysitting in our nursery upon request.

LB Kass THE STUDIO is located at 352 Sycamore Ave., Shrewsbury, NJ 07702. Located between the yellow & white house, downstairs at the Presbyterian Church House of Shrewsbury.
