KASSography is conducted like a typical dance class. You learn a new dance each week. You practice the routine in class with music over & over for a great workout. This is an excellent memory class as part of the DanceBody Workout program.

This class is part boot camp, and part sexy fun dancing! We start with Resisdance (dance with bands), then Abtastic (abdominal workout), next Cardio Disco (hello 70's) and we end with Body Language (Sexiest class in Monmount County) You'll work your butt off for 30 minuntes then you'll get lost in then dancing!
